From November 27 to 28, commissioned by Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Railway Si Yuan organized a preliminary design review meeting of Tongling River North Port Railway Special line project in Hefei to review and evaluate the Preliminary design of New Railway Tongling River North Port Railway Special Line project prepared by China Railway Wuhan Survey and Design Research Institute Co., LTD。Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Railway Office, Provincial Department of Natural Resources, provincial Department of Ecology and Environment attended the meeting, Hefei Development and Reform Commission, Hefei Construction and Investment Company, Tongling Development and Reform Commission, Tongling Comprehensive Transportation Investment Group and the relevant county governments of the two cities and relevant units in charge attended the meeting。

　 At the meeting, the expert group listened to the introduction of the design unit and the views of the provincial departments and relevant units, in line with the principle of "fairness, science and reliability", the expert group was divided into two professional groups before and after the station to fully review the design plan, and formed a review report。The report fully recognizes the content of the preliminary design, believes that the transportation organization is reasonable, the design depth basically meets the requirements of the current standards, and gives detailed guidance on bridge and tunnel, station and yard, land use and other aspects。

　 The successful holding of this preliminary design review meeting is another important node in the overall promotion process of the project, marking a substantial step forward in the progress of the project, and providing a strong guarantee for achieving the target of starting construction within the year。
