On December 13, the BRICS New Development Bank held its 38th Board of Directors meeting and approved the provision of 21 to the G3 Tongling Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge project.900 million yuan loan。This project is in line with the key areas of the New Development Bank's overall strategy of "Transportation infrastructure to strengthen the connectivity between people, markets and services", and is the first time for our province to borrow foreign loans in the local currency of RMB。

　 The project has been reviewed and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, and submitted to The State Council for approval, and has been included in the National Plan for Using New Development Bank Loans in 2020-2021.。The implementation of the project not only can better play the central role of Anhui River connecting east and west, connecting Yangtze River Delta and Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei and Jiangxi, but also has great significance to perfect the national and Anhui provincial highway network。
