　 2. Qualification requirements of the applicant

　 1.Meet Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

　 2.Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (suppliers should be small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, welfare units for the disabled)
