　 2. Bidding requirements

　 1. The bidder shall have an independent legal entity registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China。

The bidder shall have the qualification certificate required by the consulting service business, provide the copy of the relevant certificate, and have the ability to perform the contract in the corresponding business scope, and shall not accept the quotation without the corresponding business scope。

　 3. The bidder shall make a one-time written quotation to our company before 17:30 on August 24, 2020 for the relevant requirements of the enterprise management consulting service project。The quotation includes transportation, information, labor, management, taxes and other expenses。The letter of quotation must be sealed, the name of the unit and the name of the procurement project shall be written on the cover, and the seal shall be affixed with the official seal。It can be submitted by sealed mail or direct delivery。

　 4. The budget control price of this project is 280,000.00 yuan (in words: Two hundred and eighty thousand yuan only), the bidder's quotation exceeds the budget control price shall be invalid。

　 Iii. Delivery time: The results of the consulting program shall be provided within 30 calendar days after the signing of the contract。

　 5. Determination of the winning bidder

　 On the basis of fully responding to the requirements of the inquiry announcement and not exceeding the budget control price of the purchasing unit, the winning bidder shall be determined with the principle of the lowest quotation, and the quotation of the supplier shall be the contract price of the transaction. If the quotation is equal, the winning bidder shall be determined by drawing lots on the spot。
