　 1. Qualification of registration unit:

　 (1) Enterprises registered within the scope of the municipal district, with independent legal personality, business license business scope includes ready-mixed concrete processing or sales。The relevant procedures are legal and complete, the production qualification is within the validity period, and the remaining validity period shall not be less than 180 days;

　 (2) No record of major accidents and bad behavior in the past three years;

　 (3) The solicitation is limited to the transferable business qualification, does not involve the claims and debts of the original enterprise, nor does it adopt joint venture cooperation or joint operation. Once transferred, the original enterprise will give up the original business。

　 2. Selection conditions: The valid solicited offer is not higher than 1 million yuan, and the final price is determined after comprehensive selection。

　 Iii. Registration materials, methods and requirements:

　 (1) All units that meet the above conditions to register with our company on a voluntary basis shall provide the following materials when registering:

　 1.Company profile and application form of participating enterprises (see attachment);

　 2.A photocopy of the "business license" passed the annual inspection;

　 3.Participate in soliciting the lowest quotation;

　 4.Commitment letter that the original creditor's rights and debts of the participating enterprises have nothing to do with our company。

　 (2) The materials submitted by the registration unit shall be numbered and bound in the above order, stamped with the official seal, and the relevant originals shall be provided for inspection at the time of registration。

　 (C) The registration period is from the date of the announcement to January 10, 2021. All voluntary registration units please send the registration materials to Room 1008, Building C6, Beidouxing City, Tongling City (Time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 17:30 PM).。
