　 2.Construction scale: The project is G347 Tanggou service area (including gas station) refueling equipment and pipeline installation project，This tender mainly includes 2 30m³ horizontal double-layer diesel oil tanks, 1 50m³ horizontal double-layer diesel oil tanks, 3 30m³ horizontal double-layer gasoline oil tanks, 6 refueling machines (including 4 double-oil four-gun gasoline refueling machines and 2 double-oil four-gun diesel refueling machines), process pipelines, automatic control systems and electrical engineering。Maximum bid limit 1772118.97 Yuan (including the provisional amount of 100,000 yuan)。

　 Three.Bidder qualification requirements

　 1.Bidder qualification requirements: This tender requires the bidder to have independent legal personality，Hold valid business license and safety production license;Must have the construction of petrochemical engineering general contracting issued by the administrative department of Level 3 and above qualification and the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Installation, Renovation and Maintenance License (pressure pipeline GC2 class and above);

　 2.Personnel requirements: The proposed project manager shall be a registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, and shall hold the safety training and assessment Certificate of project manager (Class B).。

　 3.Performance requirements: None。

　 4.Consortium bidding is not allowed in this tender.Qualification examination shall be carried out after qualification examination。

　 5.A bidder with any of the following bad behavior records shall not participate in the bidding and shall not be recommended as the winning candidate:

　 (1) The cumulative score of bad behavior recorded by the public resources trading supervision department of Tongling City is between 10 points (inclusive) and 15 points (exclusive), and the date of publication of the latest bad behavior record is not more than 3 months from the bid opening date;

　 (2) The accumulated score of the bad behavior record recorded by the Tongling public resources trading supervision department is 15 (inclusive) -20 (exclusive) points, and the date of the latest bad behavior record announcement is not more than 6 months from the bid opening date;

　 6.Those who have committed any of the following acts of dishonesty shall not participate in the bidding and shall not be recommended as the successful candidate:

　 (1) The bidder or the proposed project manager (project leader) is listed by the people's court as the person subject to enforcement for breach of trust;

　 (2) Within the past three years (retroactive 3 years from the date of the bid deadline) the bidder has committed a crime of bribery;

　 (3) The administrative department of human resources and social security included in the "blacklist" of migrant workers in arrears of wages;

　 (4) being included in the "blacklist" management by Tongling Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau;

　 (5) The bidder or the project manager is subject to the administrative punishment of the bidding administrative supervision department and the government industry supervision department to restrict the bidding, and is still within the penalty period until the bid deadline。
