Each potential bidder:

　 The supplier qualification conditions for "Procurement and Installation of Metal Dot Character on the roof of Beidouxing City Office Building of Tongling Transportation Investment Co., LTD." (Project number: TSZB2018053) are hereby amended as follows:

　 First, the qualification conditions of the original supplier are: "meet all the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, can independently bear civil liability, and have the business scope and ability to engage in the project.。”

　 It is now amended as: "Meet all the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, be able to independently bear civil liability, and have the business scope and ability to engage in the project.。Have a valid corporate business license (business license must include the production and installation of billboards)。”

　 Second, delete the supplier qualification conditions in Article 2 requirements: "with China's third grade and above advertising enterprise qualification"。

　 3. The revised part shall be subject to the content of the supplementary announcement。If the negotiation document involves the above modification content, it shall be uniformly modified according to the above requirements, and it will not be repeated in this bidding supplementary document。The time and place of bid opening remain unchanged。
