　 2. Qualification requirements of the applicant

　 1.Meet Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

　 2.Specific eligibility requirements for this program:

　 1) The bidder has the qualification of Level 3 or above of valid general contracting of power engineering construction or has a valid level 5 (including) or above installation (repair and test) power facility license (which shall have three categories of installation, repair and test at the same time), and has a valid safety production license;

　 Note: The transaction unit's "installation (repair, test) power facility license" must pass the inspection of Tongling City Power Supply Company of State Grid Anhui Province Electric Power Company within three working days after receiving the transaction notice, otherwise it will cancel its transaction qualification。
