　 2. The conditions of the challenge and the inadmissibility

　 In accordance with the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for Questioning and Complaining about Government Procurement of the Ministry of Finance and other laws and regulations, the conditions for filing a challenge and the circumstances of inadmissibility are hereby informed as follows:
