　 Since January 24, heavy snow has fallen in our city, and all levels of units have organized forces to actively respond to rain and snow freezing disasters, but there are still a lot of snow in some sections and blocks in the urban area, and continued snow and freezing weather may cause secondary disasters, which will inconvenience the majority of citizens' transportation and production and life。According to the meteorological department forecast, January 26 night, the city will usher in a strong snow weather, is expected to 27 to 28 heavy snow, blizzard in some areas, 29 the city's maximum snow depth will reach 20 to 35 cm。In order to win the overall victory of the snow and frost relief work, the municipal government issued an initiative:

　 First, the city's organs at all levels, enterprises and institutions, copper units should take the lead in taking action, the participation of the whole people, and quickly organize snow clearing activities。
