  Third, job qualifications

  4. Selection procedures

  (1) Registration

  (2) Qualification examination

  (4) Achievements

  Overall score = Speech 40%+ Interview 60%。

  (5) Organize investigation and physical examination

  Conduct an organizational investigation (or background investigation) on the personnel to be hired, focusing on understanding the actual performance, professional ability and integrity of the personnel to be hired。The personnel to be hired shall provide personal credit report and certificate of no criminal record issued by the public security organ。If the organization fails to pass the inspection, the qualification to enter the next link will be cancelled, and the ranking will be made up according to the final score。

  The personnel to be employed shall be organized by the company to go to a third-grade hospital for physical examination, issue a medical examination report, and pay their own expenses。

  (6) Pre-appointment publicity and employment

  The approved personnel to be hired will be publicized, and the publicity period will be 5 working days。If there is no objection in the publicity, the group company shall sign an employment agreement with it。

  (7) Salary and treatment

  Implement an annual salary system。The salary includes basic salary, performance salary and tenure incentive. If the performance assessment passes, the salary is expected to be more than 280,000 yuan (before tax).。
