According to the relevant requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of 2018 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the Environmental Impact Report of the Tonglingjiang North Railway Dedicated Line Project (Draft for Review) has been completed, and the full text of the project report and public participation instructions are now published online:
I. Project overview
Project name: Tongling River North Port railway special line project
Construction unit: Tongling City Railway Construction Office
Construction location: Lujiang County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, Tongling City, Zongyang County
Project investment: 346034.05万元
Project route direction: The line is drawn from the south side of the east throat of Lujiang South Station，Follow the south side of Lutong Railway to the southeast，Across the Huangni River，By Xinzhuang, Zhao Jia 塝，Swerve around the Nihe iron mine and turn south，By Yaodian Village，Set up Fanshan station near Tianqiao Village, Fanshan Town (station center mileage DK12+730);After leaving the station, turn south near Youziwa Village，Then take Cross 330 National Highway, G3 Jingtai Expressway turn southeast，In the form of a tunnel through seven mountains，Exit the tunnel and pass between Qianpu Town Government and G3 Jingtai Expressway，The line then crosses the Hengbu River and National Route 330，Hengbu Station is located on the east side of Hengbu Toll Station and on the north side of Hengbu Industrial Park (station center mileage DK32+800)，After leaving the station, proceed along G3 Jingtai Expressway，Turn south near Tangzhuang，Go down State Route 330，By Liu Jia ban, Jiang Jia Tsui，After crossing the G347 National Highway to the rear Industrial Park of Jiangbei Port District, Jiangbeigang Station is set up (station center mileage DK51+800)。
Tongling River North Port railway special line project is located in Hefei City and Tongling City in Anhui province，The project line starts from Lutong Railway Lujiang South Station in Lujiang County, Hefei City，South to Tongling City Zongyang County Jiangbei port area，By Lujiang County, Hefei City, Nihe town, Fanshan town, River town，Baimei Township, Qianpu Township, Zhoutan Town, Chenyaohu Town and Laozhou Town, Zongyang County, Tongling City，The total length of the positive line is 52.113km。There are Lujiang South Station, Nihe Station, Qianpu station, Hengbu station and Jiangbeigang station along the line, among which Lujiang South Station is the connecting station, Qianpu station is the reserved station, Jiangbei port station is the port station, and the other stations are the newly built intermediate station。
