Project Overview: The project is located in the south of Datong Town, Tongling City, at the junction of Tongling and Chizhou City。This project spans the Qingtong River and is part of G236。This project is the current road reconstruction project, the design starting point is the intersection of G236 and Guangrong Road, the starting point is K0+000, along the current S321 road south across the Qingtong River and then stop at the Qingtong River bridgehead, the end of the pile number is K2+165, the total length of the route is 2.165km, of which the bridge 667 meters /1 bridge, a single span of 80 meters。The road width of S321 is 12 meters, two lanes in both directions;This time, it is rebuilt according to the standard of first-class highway, and the width of roadbed after reconstruction is 32m, with 6 lanes in both directions。Qingtong River Bridge spans Qingtong River from the foot of Dasige Mountain in Tongling County to Datong Wei in Guichi District. The bridge span is arranged 3*25m+ (50+80+80+50) m+15*25m, and the design bridge floor elevation is 26.15m, the width of the bridge is 32m, and the left embankment (Datong polder) overpass, the bottom of the beam and the top of the existing embankment clearance height is greater than 4.5m。Qingtong River is planned to be a restricted Class IV waterway with a net width of 55m, a net height of 8m and a planned river bottom width of 30m。

　 Iii. The specific bidding scope and contents are as follows:

　 Special design of flood control impact treatment projects such as dike reinforcement, anti-seepage treatment of pier pile foundation, section compensation and dike and bank slope protection within the construction influence range of Qingtonghe Bridge (more than 100m above and below the axis of the new bridge)。

　 Iv. Bidder qualification requirements

　 1.(1) Having independent legal personality;

　 (2) Engineering design comprehensive Grade A qualification or have the following qualifications:

　 ① Grade B or above qualification for water conservancy industry design, or Grade B or above qualification for water conservancy industry (river regulation) design;

　 Class B and above qualification for water transport industry design, or Class B and above qualification for water transport industry design (general navigation construction engineering) design profession。

　 2.Technical requirements and others: (1) Project leader: senior engineer, with more than 10 years (including 10 years) engineering survey and design or consulting work experience, as the project leader has completed at least 1 grade 3 or above levee construction or reinforcement design, subject to the design approval time。(2) Technical leader: senior engineer, with more than 12 years (including 12 years) engineering survey and design or consulting work experience, as the technical leader has completed at least 1 grade 3 or above levee construction or reinforcement design, subject to the design approval time。(3) The controlled price of this project is 200,000 yuan;This time, the lowest bid is adopted, and the quotation includes the costs related to the special design of flood control impact treatment projects such as embankment reinforcement, bridge pier pile foundation seepage prevention treatment, section compensation and embankment and bank slope protection, as well as the unforeseen costs that may occur。

　 1. The information to be submitted in the bidding documents shall include but not limited to: color scanning copy of the enterprise business license (or legal person certificate), color scanning copy of the qualification certificate, quotation, members of the proposed design team, commitment and other information。The bidding documents shall be sealed and stamped with the official seal of the tenderer。The tenderer shall guarantee the authenticity of the information provided. If any false information is found, the tenderer will be disqualified from bid evaluation。
