Tongling River North Port railway line project ushered in a key node。On May 25, at the construction site of Zhangjiayan Large Bridge, the first 25-meter-long steel rail fell steadily into the tie rail trough, marking the formal entry of the track-laying phase of the Tonglingjiang North Port Railway special line project。

　 Tongling Jiangbei Port Railway Special line project starts from Lujiang South Station of Lutong Railway in the north to Jiangbei Port District of Tongling City in the south. It is a Class III single-track railway with a design speed of 80km/h and a new main line with a total length of 52 tracks.047km, the track ballast of the whole line is about 130,000 cubic meters, using manual rail laying, laying 25 meters of hot-rolled rail with bolt holes, is expected to be basically completed by the end of December 2024。

　 In order to ensure the safety, quality and efficient promotion of rail laying construction, Jiangbei Port Railway Company, the project construction management unit, organized the construction unit, China Railway 16th Bureau, to carefully prepare rail transportation and rail laying plans, strictly control the technical standards and safety quality, and ensure that the whole process of transportation, loading and unloading, laying and track laying is controlled。
