On March 20, Tongling Natural Resources and Planning Bureau (Forestry Bureau) organized a technical review meeting on the biodiversity impact assessment report of G3 Tongling Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge Project on Tongling Freshwater Dolphin National Nature Reserve。Anhui Provincial Forestry Bureau, Tongling Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Municipal Transportation Bureau, Tongling Freshwater Dolphin National Nature Reserve Administration and other relevant departments 15 people and 5 experts were invited to participate。

　 Before the special review meeting, the participating experts and representatives visited the project site, Tongling City Trading Group in accordance with the requirements of the provincial forestry Bureau, and Tongling City freshwater dolphin Management Bureau signed the "G3 Tongling Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge Project aquatic biodiversity protection compensation Agreement", paid the relevant compensation costs。

　 At the meeting, the expert group listened to the introduction of the project preparation unit and the views of various departments directly under the city。After careful discussion and research，The expert Group agreed on the reporting norms，The evaluation method conforms to the requirements of technical specifications，The ecological protection measures proposed are feasible，Evaluation conclusion is credible，The impact of the project on the Tongling Freshwater dolphin Reserve is "medium-low impact".，The paper also gives professional guidance on online niche ecological comparison, the impact of noise on the main protection object of the Yangtze finless porpoise after project operation, and ecological compensation measures。The next step is to revise and improve the report according to the opinions of experts and submit it to the provincial Forestry Bureau for approval。
